About Windham
Windham had 1,708 residents in the 2020 census. Its nicknames are “Land in the Sky” and “Gem of the Catskills,” and Windham Mountain brings skiers and seasonal visitors.
Buyers here often look for second homes as well as year-round homes, and both are part of my work.
